What this program is
MAB Labs Daily Digest is an SMS notification program that sends one automated text message per day summarizing the subscriber's own meeting notes and task list. It is operated by the sole proprietor for his own use; in practice the only subscriber is the operator's own mobile phone number.
Information we collect
- The mobile phone number of a subscriber who opts in by texting START to +1 (507) 432-2116.
- The date and time of opt-in and any opt-out (STOP) request.
- Message delivery metadata (timestamps, delivery status) generated by our SMS provider, Twilio.
No information is collected through a website form, sign-up flow, or purchase. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
How information is used
The phone number is used solely to deliver the daily digest message and to honor opt-out requests. Delivery metadata is used only to confirm that messages were sent.
Sharing of information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Phone numbers are disclosed only to our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) as necessary to transmit messages, and are never sold or rented.
Retention
The subscriber phone number is retained while the subscription is active and deleted upon opt-out. Delivery logs are retained by Twilio according to Twilio's retention policy.
